Mango Sago

Mango Sago One of my favourite Asian desserts. Who wants one?

3-ingredient mango sago recipe with evaporated coconut milk, sago and fresh mango purée. Super easy to make and delicious. .


Recipe makes 4

1/3 cup sago (aka tapioca pearls) soaked for 1 hour

1 canned 360ml evaporated coconut milk

2 cups fresh mango purée


Fresh Mango, cut into cubes .


In a large pot, bring about 5 cups water to a boil add the soaked sago and cook until its soft and translucent.

Drain water in strainer and wash it under running tap water. Transfer sago to a bowl, add evaporated coconut milk and mix well.

To assemble, divide mango purée into jars, top with sago-milk mixture, keep refrigerated. Garnish with fresh mangoes before serving. Enjoy
