Hope your day has started off well 🤗 Started mine with this breakfast parfait. Layers of chia pudding, coconut yogurt, kiwis and homemade granola with organic toasted coconut chips and blackberries 💕 Recipe To make the chia pudding, 3 tbsp white chia seeds 1 tsp matcha powder 2 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk Whisk all ingredients until well combined. Place chia pudding in resealable containers and refrigerate for at 2 hours or overnight. . Granola 2 1/2 cups gluten free rolled oats 1/2 cup almonds 1/2 cup cashews 1/3 cup coconut chips 1/2 cup pure maple syrup 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla bean extract 1/2 tsp salt Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine all granola ingredients. Stir until all the oats and nuts are well coated. Press mixture onto lined parchment paper, spread into flat layer. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven.
