Green Salad

WARNING! Eating abundance of greens and veggies may cause feelings of energy, satisfaction and will make you glow from the inside out! What are your fav salad toppings? Here I grilled some peaches and paired it with oven baked buffalo tofu. And a green goddess dressing to pair it with!

Recipe:

Tofu:

In a bowl combine:

3/4 cup of sweet n sour sauce.

1 T of white vinegar.

1 tsp of paprika

1 T of worcestereshire sauce.

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt to taste.

Let the tofu pieces soak in this for a minute.

In another bowl:

1 cup of panko bread crumbs.

1 tsp of garlic powder.

1 tsp of dried dill.

1 tsp of onion powder.

Salt and pepper to taste.

1 tsp of parsley.

1 tsp of paprika.

Drag pieces of tofu through bread crumbs until coated. Place onto an oven tray and bake for 30 minutes at 350F. . .
