Recipe: In food processor, pulse until finely chopped: 3 sliced garlic cloves, 3 roughly chopped scallions, 1 cup fresh parsley leaves. Add 4 cups edamame (defrosted), 4 tbsp chickpea flour, 1-1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 4 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tsp tamari, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp yellow miso. Pulse until combined and very finely chopped, but not too much or will turn into hummus texture.
Transfer to large bowl and use hands to mix well. Add salt to taste. Use hands to form about 18 balls and either bake at 400F about 25 minutes until crispy or cook in air fryer 400F. .
