Yummy breakfast or desert! Anyone?
Have you ever tried this amazing superfood powder? I love its blue colour and herbal flavour and my Butterfly Pea Chia Parfaits jars turn out super delicious.
1 layer: butterfly pea yoghurt ( 250 g coconut yoghurt, 50 g blueberries. 3 tbsp rolled oats , 1 tsp butterfly pea powder @suncorefoods , 1 tsp maple syrup
2 layer: chia pudding (1 c coconut milk, 4 tbsp chia, 1 tbsp agave syrup)
3 layer: Coconut yoghurt (or Greek yoghurt)
4 layer: chocolate granola
4 layer: berries
